Hailing from different sides of the world, Amir and Tyler grew up in very different places with a distinct variance in cultures. They`ve been competing against each other at various events across the globe, always trying to edge each other out in the name of competition.
However as time passed, there were two things about their individual character traits in which they realized they have a common ground; the love for riding, and the love for digging. In this two part web-series, Amir and Tyler aren’t only traitors to their own countries and principles as competitors while visiting each other’s hometowns, but they’re traders of riding spots, ideas, and cultures.
In part one of Traitors we join Tyler McCaul while he visits his teammate Amir Kabbani in his hometown of Boppard Germany…
Yeah, the whole traitors thing was completely lost on me. Seems like they thought it sounded cool and made up some half baked back story so they could use it.
The beat was so hard to follow. It was like that episode of Punk'd where Method Man tried to rap to a song that had no beat at all. Amazing riding though.
was interested in trying the drinks but just looked up the ingredients and noticed they had vey low sugar and calories then spied why - Acesulfame.....shame but would rather not. cant see that they do a full fat version without this. i am sure i am eating and drinking tons of bad stuff that i'm not aware of but i will not willingly ingest aspartame, acesulfame etc. We all know these energy drinks are not good for us long term so we all take risks in most factors of our lives but as i am partial to energy drinks i think i would rather pick full fat redbull over this. as far as energy drinks go full fat redbull (not the diet versions) is probably one of the safest to go for. just googled this......http://www.organicauthority.com/health/energy-drink-breakdown-whats-in-a-red-bull-anyway.html
Fortunately the energy drink companies have realised that people don't want to consume all these dodgy chemicals and have made sure that the drinks all taste like shit so you won't want to drink them. It's called corporate social responsibility.
@adpeters82: i drink water when i cycle and coffee at home but i work 12hr shifts and sometimes an energy drink is needed to help with the 50 mile drive home.
It's awesome to see how Amir has come along in his riding and filming. The first time I saw his riding was in this video www.pinkbike.com/video/163494 Which was a great film.
The title "Traitors" had me worried.
