Leo Combee is, apart from a good friend of mine, one of the Netherlands' most talented mountain bikers. With (junior) National titles in cross country, fourcross and downhill this guy knows a thing or two about riding a bike. And being Nico Vink's (Belgian downhill legend) teammate for the last few years hasn't hurt his skill set either.
Leo's high speed, effortless style and ability to do skatepark-like tricks on a downhillbike, are but a few of the things that make it really entertaining to watch him ride. So as a filmmaker (and downhill mountain biker myself), I knew I had to do something with Leo's abilities. There was a video just waiting to be made.
The time finally came at the end of June 2013, when we made the trip to Bikepark Winterberg in Germany to film for two days. The result of those two days, and a lot of editing, is the video you're about to watch. A collaboration between two friends that shows how much fun you can have on a downhill bike, on any kind of track, when you think outside the box and try to find new lines. Enjoy!
Leo Combee would like to thank his sponsors Hope and Scott for their support in the 2013 season.

yes be creative but don't damage the trails.
Really cool lines in there and that park looks incredibly fun. I think I was most impressed with those micro 3s he was tossing with that heavy-ass bike, haha. But I'm not the biggest fan of just ripping through woods because when it comes to trail degradation, I have a soft spot for sustainable practices.
VOD??
Yes be creative, but don't be a dick.
