In Episode 2 of "Just Getting Started" all eyes are on Gracey Hemstreet, the feisty young rising star with a squad of experienced supporters to help guide her along the way. Despite still carrying an injury following his tough run and multiple crashes in the UK, Greg Minnaar is back on the bike with vigour – will the track be kind?

This episode tracks the Norco Race Division through their week off after a tough series start in Fort William, across the channel on their journey to take on the new venue in Poland, finding a fresh track and many new challenges along with it. Be a part of the crew every step of the way.

Do we call Gracey the Kid as she is being brought up by the GOAT

Saw a different side of Minnaar in the last video. Looks like he is taking the younger riders under his wing. The GOAT is passing on his knowledge!

I was sad to see what happened to Minnaar with the Syndicate as I thought he would stay there until retirement. However, this new chapter with Norco of lifting up the younger riders and being the mentor/manager is an awesome transition to see. The goat lives on.

Love the idea of this time and I really would like to see them continuing their investment in Gracey, really focus on development and support of female talent.

I thought this was a really good video. I know they only use what comes across best but the vibe in this team seems so relaxed and supportive. Greg leaving Syndicate may not have been pretty but he seems relaxed and this rider/mentor role seems to suit him. Who could not listen and learn from him.
Gracey is one of my favorite female riders, the girl can ride no question about it! Been waiting for her to put all the pieces together in her racing and maybe having the GOAT in her corner will be just what this KID needs. I would love to see her get on some podiums.
Great work by the team, keep it up.

Its awesome to see this kind of BTS footage and the nuances and day to day of how this team operates. I love a good shredit but this is pretty fascinating stuff to see from the racing and team side of things! Nice work!

There is a lot of cumulative knowledge on that team. Engineers, mechanics and riders. It won't be hard to learn in that environment. I wish you all the best of success for the rest of the season.

Where can I get one of those shirts with the strange looking fellow?

 Asking the real questions.

They need to come out with limited edition shirts of all the Norco team riders. This could be the new sports collectibles.

 She is looking fast!

I am a little tech biased, but having been so successful as a racer, I would be more inclined to be in super high tech engineering and product/racer development with Norco, rather than a really big paycheck and security with the Syndicate, if I were in Greg’s shoes.

 New bikes are looking rad!

Great seeing Greg push through the pain. Track looked loose!

It's a big gamble with a shoulder separation though. If he falls on it again, he could be left with permanent damage.

@Fill-Freakin: All AC separations are permanent damage though

A racing career can be over quick. His might be with a worn out shoulder. But race development marches on indefinately.
