 no because as with so so many bmxers, sam has style and flow and they just have robotic style and are trick monkeys

 Well from my opinion, Sam rides park, rides for Monster, rides a gyro, has a mtb setup similar to what Harry Main's bike is set up like, and Sam also does quite a lot of Harry's style of tricks, like 3 tables and flairs. Harry does actually have style and flow. He just prefers to push himself to up his game. Really that isn't much different than a downhill rider who hits up the gym a lot to train to improve his riding...This gyro/no style/no flow argument is so outdated and boring now.

 sam rides everything, he shreds parks and trails as well as street and slopestyle and hucked himself at comps like rampage too. harry is just a trick monkey. Gyros are cool, i would run one if i had the money to keep it running sweet. Dude, sam does every trick in the book, but does it with style, flow and it looks decent. Harry just does as many as he can as fast as he can and its boring. Harry looks awkward and bow legged when he rides, sam looks better.

 It's comparing apples to oranges. Generally bmx riders are smoother, but IMO everything still looks much better on bigger wheels. I think Sam in mtb is comparable to Harry in bmx tho, since they are both out for tricks and not so much for style (that doesnt mean they dont have any). Also they do quite similar tricks.
I dont know about previous years, but last year Samq did not ride Rampage because he already had enough points to win the FBM Tour.

 Sam rode rampage in 2012 I think, a contest completely out of his comfort zone as I'm pretty sure he rode chatel mountain style too, apologies if that is not correct!

 'To comment very high up'- dirt jumpers insist on not wearing full face helmets because they like the full visability and being able to look vertically down on some jumps that they may be riding, and theyre lighter

 Question for film people: at 1:24-1:27, what kind of settings do you use? I'm always amazed at the level of detail in those kind of shots even when the sun is directly into the lens
