  • 10
 what can't ride?
  • 10
naw bro my knees swollen like a cantalope hahaha i pulled a bunch of ligaments and im in a brace for the next 5 months
  • 11
my advice to you: wear knee pads cause this f*cking sucks
  • 21
i don't really wear kneepads. i just wear jeans.
  • 22
only pussys wear kneepads, haha just kidding
  • 21
 brakes are for pussys
  • 11
i bmx brakelees, best way to go!!
  • 60
bmx is for pussies dh is for real men
  • 10
depends... bmx race good. bmx street not so much. park never done it.
  • 11
@ eatdeeznuts, if i had the right bike i would try dh, it takes skill to do BMX, almost anyone can ride dh, bmx race: brakes good. bmx street: brakeless. bmx park: doesnt matter; gyro, straight cable, or brakeless works
  • 10
hahaha i dont wanna get into a big retarded argument on a pic, but anyone can do dh just as easily as anyone can ride bmx. it doesnt count if you ride around like a little pussy it matters if your actually hitting shit and rippin. bmx your seeing the same thing over and over again where as dh you dont know whats around the next corner, and in most cases have no idea how big the gap is your about to hit
  • 21
whatever, it really doesnt matter, we have different opinions, biking is biking
  • 10
 is true.
  • 11
 100% true
  • 20
bmx to me is pretty cool. i personally dont ride bmx because the bikes are too darn small. it hurts my back and neck.
  • 20
I love bmx and dh, and xc/am, and dirt jumping! its all biking right? to me its all fun! i hate seeing people argue over what the best kind of biking is! Smile just go ride!
  • 10
bmx bikes are suckish to ride. wayyyyy to small for me.
  • 11
well again , its just a matter of personal opinion, yes bmx bikes are small, but if your gonna be doin tricks on them you want a smaller bike
  • 10
 true again.
  • 130
Photographer is Craig Grant who is the creative director here at Yeti.
  • 30
 Congratulations Craig... nice POD.

Beer for you man
  • 80
This picture was my desktop background for so long ages ago, such a dope picture!
  • 41
"As a side note we will be choosing less and less POD images that aren't posted by the photographer themselves, I have no idea who even shot this one..." - yeah Ian, eventualy you will find some old picture of yours in someone's album, after few tweaks in PS, like changed hue on riders shirt from red to blue, some work with replacing sky with other tint and different clouds

on a side note: we should get some PS of the Day once Big Grin
  • 120
that's fine with me, if people want to take my photos from here and turn them into an art project I'll let them. But they won't be getting POD that's all. And we already have to deal with being asked to remove photos that people have taken from other sites. This photo is legitimate, but I prefer if the photographer is at least credited on POD.
  • 90
I like that a lot! Rider & photographer credit is essential IMO... I want to know who's skills I'm appreciating Wink
  • 11
Until there is no PSoD let's keep it that way, yes... otherwise I will be a strong pretender with my "art" projects - psart or shmart would be a better word actually, too much mouth wiping with the term "art" these days, I find...
  • 10
Took me a few time to read through that and fully understand it, at first glance Ian i thought you were saying ''we will be posting less and less images posted by the actual photographers'' i was like WTF!! haha, Sound legit though this is the real reason behind the whole POD concept, im guessing
  • 10
I hadn't given it too much thought, but I totally agree- ericpalmer has it nailed - it kinda sucks to see a POD that lacks the credit. Kinda also dilutes the cred - altering someone else's work is really tantamount to stealing, so I'm with IH on this. Again, big props for "cleaning up" PB since you've put on the sheriff's start, Ian.
  • 50
I have a doubt... is this about how I want to do a turn as rider or how to shoot a picture as photographer ? Great POD
  • 60
 both mate!
  • 50
 how low can you go
  • 20
can you go to the floor?
  • 20
im an expert off going on the floor. just can never seem to ride it out
  • 30
Good call on only posting photo's taken by the photographer as POD's. Yay intellectual property!
  • 20
 Great lighting and leanage :-D
  • 20
Thats a thing of beauty right there player!
  • 10
Awsome turn!! Handlebars near the ground...this is tecnique! Looking from far a MOTO GP turn.

  • 69
not the best but its good
  • 70
What you saying? This is one of the best POD's I've seen on PB for a long time!
  • 60
Yeah he's quite low and the lightings good and its still a stick shot, but I think he's saying he's seen pictures that are just abit more eye catching.
  • 40
 @ThyDevourer97 get to specsavers.
  • 10
IMO, this is quite hard to do for both rider & photographer . . . when coming in fast, the berm will looks so tiny, and its a split second for photographer to get this moment, its all by senses ... GOOD JOB for both of them Big Grin
  • 10
actually they use a continuous shot setting on their camera. they start shooting before he enters the berm, and stop after hes out. then pick the best one.
  • 11
i kinda agree not the greatest but still cool although ive seen shots like this as pod too many times. and he really isnt leaning that far he is on a berm. lean your head or screen till the berm is horizontal he's not leaning that much. he seems to lean really low but with the physics of a berm overcoming gravity to a degree he's no different than riding next to a wall. with the right velocity and berm angle a biker can be completely horizontal and not feel gravity pulling.
