it's kinda hard to compare murder to the first form police/protection in Canada i know some RCMP(Royal Canadian Mounted Police) guys and it's no easy task to become one there training is very demanding they deserve mad respect and for the record they don't ride horses everywhere they have cars and trucks just like other police the name is tradition as well as the parade uniform, basically you can make fun of them if you want i really don't care but the have amounted to more then you more then likely will ever so say what you want but if your not gonna say it to there face then enjoy being an internet tough guy everyone is really intimidated by you
@randybadger no... e.g. if you zoom in close enough to a given image, the number of pixels on your screen will outnumber the number of pixels in that part of the image, therefore allowing for the distinguishing of pixels in the image..... so you will see square edges of pixels. Well off topic but thought I'd try and answer your question.
That make perfect sense. So what we are saying is from a purely photographic point of view images have a definitive pixel count, which are then viewed on our monitors of varying resolution
What I like about POD, you can either create a scene with lighting and background to make a nice photo, have a natural background with someone pulling a sick gap or trick... Or catch the moment where you look and think oh my god. Imagine being amongst that. And this is that photo. Regardless of colour or background or lighting. This seriously catches the moment that death is lurking close. One false move and you are guna be in pain. I love it. And can not wait till this weekends race at the avalanche!
Ze Germans are coming lol.... This looks amazing! We are currently in the alps prepping for the mega avalanche. Got race no sorted. Been hitting the practice runs all week. But yesterday was a surge of riders. And the uplifts were packed! Well worth watching from the lifts when someone crashes. Highly amusing.
It's a rowdy race, you should get over here and do both the Mega and MOH. They're different but both pretty mad, and riding that glacier is awesome. That said, the 5am alarm for each race sucks...
