Great company, great warranty, great cranks.. what else do you need really?

I really enjoyed how helpful Deity customer service was when i broke an older pair off at the welds, they completely understood and gave great instructions on how to set up this new pair.

Deity components are the bomb !
I have them all over all of my rides, they are a rider owned company and make very nice, very rugged components for not a lot of money. I have the 2nd generation cranks on my Banshee scream and they are very stiff and comfortable and I have the new V3's waiting to go on my Brooklyn machine works racelink, the new V3 is designed with 48 splines so you can use your existing profile of whatever spindle will fit. The V3's are a bit bigger cross section than the profiles so if you are tight on space with the frame or chainguide...you may need a longer axle. Also be sure to grease the life out of the axle, the inside of the arm splines, and the install tool, or you will be in for a workout!

awesome cranks they honestly are the best pair ive ever ridden. they are so much better than the MASSIVE BEEFY things that norco bikes have on them. they also look amazing on my bikeSmile definetly worth the money. plus the warrantie is insane

Just picked up a set of 2009 on closeout October 2010. The cranks themselves are very well made and solid as a rock. The install is less than fun as everyone says. My cranks came with a bottom bracket and the shell spacer for 68mm would not slide over the spindle. The spacer for 73mm fit fine just not the 68mm I needed. I ended up using a dremel with a sanding wheel to take a few thousandths off and it fit. The sprocket install was troublesome in that even with 3 thin washers tightening the retaining bolt made the sprocket not run true. In the end I got it all to fit as needed and it works and looks great.

i just recently purchased a set of the deity vendetta crankset and BB and they are awsome, the only problem i havee is the rust that is starting to form at the end of the crank arms where the pedals connect.

 Pros:
-Strong,
-smooth,
-looks great,
-half-price replacement (if broken) warranty!
Cons:
-No colours.. Only black, grey, or white,
-always lose the dust cap/self-extractor
Best believe this mofo is a good one.

Solid feel, smooth rotation, durable paint, easy to install. Little on the heavy side though but not noticeable while riding.

This is a very nice crankset, very well put together.

Seems plenty strong yet light enough. My only gripe would be that I would like to see it in a 175mm length.

Pros: Strength, looks, adjustability for MTB Frames, comes with a BB, self extracting

Weakness: not the lightest thing out there

Solid bit of kit. Recommend but the protrusion on the external side of the spindle means your ankles get a bit of a bruising from knocking against it.

Gawjus bit of kit. Requires a lot of patients when fitting. But other than that top marks so far. Will keep ya posted as I use it more
