First Ride: Bold Unplugged Volume 1
Clever and attractive but all that thick carbon is probably responsible for pushing the weight to 14.2 kilo / 31.3 lbs.

18 Accessories We Like - 2018 Summer Gear Guide
Yeti Coolers ARE overpriced and have become a status symbol for show-offs. Same people driving around in a Cadillac Escalade or Platinum Edition F150 and behind the scenes they're in debt up to their eyeballs on an 8-year payment plan and no money saved up for retirement or their kid's college

18 Accessories We Like - 2018 Summer Gear Guide
@matadorCE: It's because a certain percentage of people in any group are helplessly attracted to overspending their money in order to have status symbol products to show off their wealth and ownership of coveted goods. Same people you'll find driving a Cadillac Escalade or an F150 "Platinum Edition" and they're in debt up their eyeballs with 8-year payment plans

Photo Epic: North of Nightfall
Incredible photos and scenery. But wow, that's a desolate god-forsaken moonscape of a place. Barely a hint of green anywhere

Photo Report: Hurricane of Pain - Nove Mesto World Cup XCC
That's some quality photography there. Great shots shooting into sun haze, shadows, depth of field, etc.

Review: Cannondale Lefty Ocho Fork
Why are so many testing photos from these recent articles on the fork done on a Santa Cruz bike? Presumably Cannondale controlled the marketing process here. Why wouldn't they make sure all these release photos of the fork were on a 2019 model year Cannondale bike, especially since the fork is only available as OE on Cannondale 2019 bikes. I don't get it.

Review: MRP Ribbon Coil Fork
Sounds like the fork is pretty great. But coil sprung is less complicated than an air sprung fork so why couldn't the price point be further away from the $1,000 level? That puts it against fierce competition from the other big air sprung brands. If MRP could get this fork down to $800 or less and the good reviews keep coming in, they could really sell this like hot-cakes

Rider Killed by Cougar in Washington State
Agreed. We can't predict how we would act in a challenging and super scary situation like this but I would like to think that my instincts seeing my riding friend dragged into the woods by a big cat would not be to leave them and ride out of there. I'd run at the cat screaming and yelling and throwing everything I could at it.
