First Ride: 2024 Trek Slash
I’ve been a huge fan of Trek over the years but I’m not liking the look of this model, it’s also as silly looking as the fat ass rail which looks odd for a mtb.
Come on trek….the bike looks like it’s been built by my grandfather in his ghetto shed..
It’s looking like a Santa cruz to replace my loved slash

Looks good shame Glentress isn’t the place to be nowadays as it’s never been the same since Tracy and Emma left..
The money they have made just in parking alone over the years, they should have been spent on the trails not some overpriced shit Peel centre that nobody wanted except people that aren’t into MTB just money..

E-bikes are a great invention for people that have disabilities/old school riders that still love cycling which is amazing, but e-bikes are no way as nimble as enduro/downhill bikes on the trails up or down period which in my opinion is the fun part of this sport…cycling a bike at your most physical possible pace is what it’s all about…
