@rich-2000: @rich-2000: believe me. eMTB Racing is a complete different challenge and way to ride bikes. The Uphill Capabilities are insane. And it is incredibly exhausting on the Rider to go uphill. It takes a WHOLE new set of skills to ride this bike too. And going down the extra weight (nice and low) can make the Bike grip even more than a regular Bike in the right conditions. I see where you going. And yea not everyone needs it or wants it. But the way i ride this thing at home is just so different to a normal Bike that it is a new Sport to me. But sure. u can use it as a shuttle and just smoke ciggies all the way to the top lol.

I expected eBike techy stuff goin uphill an such. Why even mention he's on an ebike? He's riding bikes just like any regular bike. Just that he is carrying a battery out of no reason for this type of riding :D Riding is good tho ;)

there are many ppl doing this since decades for fun. In many cases they have access to Ski Resorts with Bikes cause they know the ppl in charge. Just cause Mr. Wibmör posts really nice edits about it does not mean he is the hero of all time on Snow :D But yea i also thought about his name when i started to read the list haha.

If you'd cover the whole outside diameter of the Grip with an Endplug all the Pro racers would take the Grip of their Bikes cause it results in your Hand touching hard Plastic (endplug) all the time. It is a calculated sacrifise for Performance.

yea total shitshow...and 1 day racing. bring back the good ol days with 2 Days of Racing. That was Endurance, now its just a staged DH race with some pedals but mainly lift assist :D
