Burning Question: Eleven Major Manufacturers on Frame Warranty
Snapped the downtube on my Commencal META AM 29 2021 team edition. Commencal warranties said it happened because I transported the bike a few times on a tailgate. FFS. In the end, with the help of the rep, I was able to get a new frame. Bigger pain in the butt than it should've been. Yes, it had a warranty of 5 years, until august 2026.
No more Commencal for me.

@bishopsmike: The government is trying to make sure the sweepstakes are legit and we aren't getting scammed. If the prize doesn't isn't delivered, the company making the promotion can get sued. It's a good way to protect the consumer.
Why were we eligible to participate in the previous years, but not this year? Sounds like laziness from Outside, IMO.
