@Flowcheckers: He wasn't great at being an announcer but the dude can rip a bike and is not just some kook. I saw this shoot go down in person. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMn8gHqTnQI

5 More Hardtails with Extreme Geometry
A hard tail makes no sense. But if you can have a second bike it’s almost a must IMHO. They’re so fun, versatile and really do make you a better rider. There’s also nothing like bringing a knife to a gunfight and dropping some jaws from time to time :)

Destination Showcase: Christchurch, New Zealand
Kiwis seem to have their shit figured out. Kinda wish my folks had pulled the trigger on immigrating there in the 80's.

Review: The Power of Suction Cups? Sea Sucker's Mini Bomber Bike Rack
I don't need a rack or give a crap about these but I read the whole article because Levy's writing style always makes me laugh.

Review: Roval Traverse Carbon Wheels
For me. One reason only. I'm a heavy and fairly aggressive rider. Alloy simply does not hold up for me...constantly going out of tru and flat spots make carbon the way to go. That may not be true for all riders though. I've had one set of Rovals that I purchased second hand from a well know pro enduro racer a year and a half ago and I'm yet have to do a thing to them after tons trail, bike park and races over that time.

UCI Aiming for 5 Round Snow Downhill World Cup in 2020
Great in theory and I'm all for anything that puts mtb in the spotlight (and on chairlifts) BUT if they race on Super G courses it's going to look lame as shit compared to skiers ripping super g courses.

Update: What's Going On With Shimano's New XTR Group?
"It’s simply called FC-MT900". Simple nomenclature is exactly what popped into my mind. Just rolls off the tongue.
