Jesse Melamed Rides Whistler Steeps - Video
Advocacy generally seems to be pushed by older trail users who generally have less interest in tech/ gnar riding. If you want it to change get involved...

1 Question - What's Going on With 27.5+?
@mikekazimer: I think a big part of whining about "new standards" is that mtb seems to be obsessed with what's new and "cool". Ive actually seen riders ( usually younger with daddy likely funding their carbon super bikes) actually heckle riders with older bikes or kit that isn't currently accepted as "cool". It's really time for everyone just to be happy and ride the stuff they have until it's clapped out instead of keeping up with the trends.

There Can be Only One: Lenzerheide XC World Cup 2017 - Elite Photo Epic
Nothing against Van der Poel but it's nice to see that a gnarly rider from other cycling disciplines didn't just come in and dominate XC. It certainly validates how good the WC XC guys really are.

@Jaylynx: Nino backed off a fair bit on the last lap allowing that gap to come down some. Not to take away from Kulhavy's performance.

Megavalanche 2017: Saturday Racing - Photo Epic
Presumably e-bikes go first because they're faster over the whole race. They do as much "damage" as a regular mtb. Get over it and get with it. They're just another kind of bike and a very, very far cry from a "motor bike" and to say otherwise just shows a large amount of ignorance on the subject. I personally like some open minded , non-judgmental thinking.

That article just reads to me like Santa Cruz ( and possibly Intense) is the only company that brought a well tested 29 to the 2017 season. The rest of the teams hashed something together to play catch up and it made their riders uncomfortable. Lets revisit this in 2018...

Meh! Was hoping for something more interesting with this bike. I'll happily stick with my '17 Enduro 29.
