 20k entry per team.

Clarification-20k to register a UCI team (rather than race entry) is currently 3k.

@Sethimus: It's called taking the sport to the next level apparently.

This is the biggest takeaway from me from this WynTV, if that happens then FU(K UCI and their stupid rules

@commental: you need to set the bar REALLY low to call that next level…

This is a load of shit. If this discovery/EWS media deal pans out the way I fear, DH fans are going to be screwed over. There are so many "bubble" riders that have the ability to break through that will be left behind if they reduce it further.

Maybe redbull will take the impetus to create their own series? Big cash prizes, good coverage, maintain a somewhat open registration/qualification system, etc... They could slap back against the UCI pretty hard...

@Sethimus: The problem is next level can apply to the one below as well as the one above

I've just seen that Loic is organizing a meeting today to try to form a rider's union (also one for managers in the pipeline) rather than just having a rider's rep who's easier to ignore. It seems many of the athletes also aren't too happy with the plans that ESO (with UCI backing) have for destroying DH. I would love it if they ended up forming a new race series. f*ck ESO and the UCI.

It was hard for Wyn to take out something good from Vali, but he was successful at the end with the speed. The mental game on DH is key, just look at Greg even with 40 years old he need his time to be 100%.
It would come for Valentina!
Nice video!

Seems like she puts a lot of pressure on herself and expects to win every time. High expectations for her as a junior and the pressure of being sponsored by Red Bull. She just needs to accept she is top 3, not the fastest everytime. Great interview and comments from Wynn and he seemed to get through to her.

Props to Wyn for the shoutout to Bodhi.

Finn, tough to be so close, but take notes from Norton's attitude. So sick to be racing in the top tier, feed the stoke man

If you go back 6 months or more, his attitude was "i could easily ride up there its bs im not" to now... what a difference

Vali should be working with a sports psychologist, if she isn’t already

I dont think everyone understands Vali, as soon as it clicks for her shes going to smash the womens catagory, shes young and clearly strong, Just needs to turn the speed from 120% to maybe 110% to stay on the bike and thats the general thing from the pits as wyn mentioned.
But shes crashing and still coming better than 5th... Im excited to see her grow and get to that point of consistant wins.

@HeatedRotor: I think most people who follow the sport understand that about her, and understand her drive to win and not necessarily be satisfied with even a second place. However there are a lot of parallels with her and the Finn Iles we saw the last few seasons (not this one, he's clearly in a different groove) where they both know they're fast as hell and have the potential to win, but they process that in a really negative way when the crashes come and the results don't. Turning the speed down isn't the solution; riding without a chip on your shoulder is.

 @mllachance: 100% agree

came here for the Vali comments. She's still so young, her mental and emotional game has not caught up to her riding ability yet. I predict that when she hits her mid to late 20s the real domination will begin. Cammy and Rachael are both good examples

@mllachance: It's just normal for young super talented riders I think... look at Loic, Loris, Thibaut...
