Video: Plyometrics Based Movements for Race Season Speed
@tobiusmaximum: Yeah, good old deadlifts and squats will do heaps to improve your hand strength and allround body strength. Got a rid of all my back, knee and lower arm pain riding bikes...

Way to modern for me - I^d rather lift heavy stuff and pretend it makes me a greater man.

First Look: Push Unveils HC97 RockShox Charger Damper Upgrade
@shinook: And in that assumption, they are totally correct. I dynoed the shit out of the charger 2 forks and revalves did were not really possible due to the valve design. Charger 2.1 is very new but I dont think its a vast improvement. From a performance standpoint, I really miss the charger 1!

Spotted: New RockShox Pike Ultimate - Crankworx Rotorua 2019
My guess: They just bolted in a shorter stroke version of the Lyrik Damper so real high speed compression damping adjustment instead of 3 position "make my fork feel rubbish" lever.

Spotted: Prototype ‘Project Black’ 27.5/29 Specialized DH Bike - Crankworx Rotorua 2019
Think ongoing development, otherwise they would not bother with the AIM telemetry system.

For me, only guessing where some of the exact linkage locations are, it looks like classic horst link link design in an iteration with tons of anti rise, lots of anti squat, a horst link that is there only for aesthetics (and little for function) with a sperated shock linkage to fine tune the progression without messing with the anti squat and anti rise properties, also keeping the weight low and centered in the bike. First guess, waiting for a better picture to draw a model from ;)

BYB Telemetry Want to Make World Cup Suspension Tech Available to Anyone
way cheaper and way worse. If you only compare the sample rates I know it will be useless for the professional user. BYB gives you 2 allready very expensive linear potentiometers (over 300 a pop), gps, a fully developed product with 2 software suites for "simple" and "comprehensive data" and all that for, acutally, a little over a grand. In my opinion that is a fucking bargain. I think the BYB system is a great idea, so I backed it. I certainly like the idea more than strapping a full on AIM 4s system onto a bike.

@Monkeyass: Maybe the fat fuck likes to lift huge fucking weights and is therefore heavy?
