A Challenging One-Hour Yoga Flow Class - Monthly Yoga With Abi
Many comments of this type, but this is a both useful and refreshing addition to the standard PinkBike fare. Yoga was the hardest day of P90X and I loved it, but it was nearly 2 hours... Too long. These routines are great and I can pick one for a specific purpose and length that will fit into my day. Props to all involved.

Pinkbike Poll: How Often Do You Crash?
Crashing is a rare event - unless I pay money and enter a race... then - Crashing is guaranteed. Last time I crashed in a race - my brain was so oxygen deprived (because I suck), I crashed and then couldnt make my brain sort out which brake lever was for the front or which way to twist to get the gear I needed. I crashed again shortly thereafter. Good times.

Norco DH
$1400 USD2011 Norco DH - great bike - bought it over the winter and have only been able to get out and ride it once so I need to try a different bike. One trip up to Stevens Pass and everything worked well. It is in the Bicycle Shop in Moses Lake, Washington - go buy it up.
