My first real mountain bike. Forgot I posted this. So much fun on that bike. The day I replaced by Fox 32 with a Fox 36, I felt like the most awesome guy ever. WATTBA.

YT Industries Resumes Business in Canada
Same, have had my 2019 YT Jeffsy CF Pro Race, with zero issues. Replaced a few parts here and there simply due to wear & tear, and I see no reason to replace it. Also have never had to replace bearings or pivots.

Agree, great article. I am not yet ready for an ebike, but great considerations for both buyers and the industry, although interests are never aligned, and the bike manufacturers will simply want you to buy a new bike at least every 5 years, instead of changing just the motor and other components.
