The reverb also looks to be the old one. Weird.

Andreani Group Announces PAC-1 Dual Compound SuperMousse Tire Insert
Running DH cassing Assegai front and rear is not the best solution. It's heavy (I don't care, but many other people do), the lower pressure helps absorb bumps your suspension can't soak up and soft rubber wears quickly. I would definitely like to try out cushcore, as the rim protection and added damping sounds nice (already on DH casing tires)

Ask Pinkbike: Carbon vs. Aluminum Rims, Mismatched Drivetains, Coil Shock Sag, & How Much Travel Does a Beginner Need?
@skelldify: Check your frame bearings. I bought my Trek Slash last year in june and gave it an inspection last week. About half the bearings felt a bit rough already and the oil and foam rings in the fork were black completely black. I happen to live an hour away from a park, meaning I get a lot of laps in and even an enduro bike got beat pretty badly.

Review: TRP's New DH-R EVO Brakes
The Fox 40 has a 203mm post mount (8") while the RS Boxxer uses 200mm. By having 220 and 223, you can use a 20mm adapter on both forks to get the correct fit instead of needing a 20mm for a Boxxer and a 17mm adapter on a 40.

Either grease is blocking the transfer port or the negative chamber is simply packed with grease. You can tell by lifting the front wheel and manually extending the fork. If it stays extended, you have a supple fork and if it sucks in, try giving the spring a service.
