College Student Builds 2.5 kg Removable E-Bike Motor For $300
My experience was the opposite. There are plenty of internships for STEM students but the entire internship is about putting the student INTO a box. The way to encourage experimentation is to make "shareholder value" the 4th or 5th most important thing for a company. Is that better? Maybe!

Must Watch: Danny MacAskill’s Postcard from San Francisco
@OrangeGoblin: Sarcasm? Pfff It was actually attempted deadpan literalness opportunistically timed to maximize both up and down votes. Since it sorta worked I'll go meta - the down votes are my version of adding crash footage to the main cut just like Danny did! By the internet transitive property Danny Macaskill and I are exactly the same and I could certainly do all those tricks if I went to SF.

Must Watch: Danny MacAskill’s Postcard from San Francisco
I think hes just rusty after 10 years. In all the old videos he landed everything perfect the first time and then adds the crash reel later for the behind the scenes content.

Kitsbow Becomes Employee Owned and Aims for B Corp Status
@FrankS29: "Hate to deliver the bad news, but BOTH parties are just as equally broken." That is extremely lazy. _IF_ that is true, what are you doing about it?

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Care About the Carbon Footprint of Your Bike?
The tires you go through once or twice a season probably have more oil in them than all the grocery bags you'll use for a year. Most components don't come cocooned these days but theres always some plastic wrap in there. Looking too hard at anything always ends up being such a bummer because it can always trace back to an oil field, strip mine, or clear cut. So yeah eliminating the bike industries carbon footprint wouldn't make a dent. We literally need to change the world...again...cause how we're changing it now is probably not going to work out for the best.
