@barp: @barp: Being a Christian, this statement is still true. I personally strive to be more like Christ, and I'm saddened when people claiming to be christians act in a non Christ honoring way.
Anyway, an athlete finding peace in something should be honored, even you don't agree with it.

Jackson Goldstone Ruptures his Appendix
Having been hospitalized for 15 days because of appendicitis I can confidently say I am jealous of that recovery time. I crashed at an enduro race, then went on a road trip next to no major hospitals feeling like junk, and finally felt better the fourth evening. (it burst) The next day the pain was so much worse I went to the first good sized ER in 100 miles and went into surgery 4 hours later. A second surgery was needed to drain all the excess fluids hence the 15 day window. Pus leaked for a day. Food tastes so good when its the first food in that long
