612 Parts Release Die Bremse RS Brakes
@bashhard: That's a very interesting situation where less is more. I've read a bit more and indeed a smaller master cylinder leads to more presure and softer feel, but with slightly increased travel in the lever. It's interesting how one change allows you to tweak simultaneously a few aspects of the brake.

612 Parts Release Die Bremse RS Brakes
Formula Cura 2 (2x24m vs 612s 2x22mm) weights 252g(vs 393g), also has an option for reusable connectors or a banjo and costs several times less. It's not perfect, but it do offers a lot for its price (80-100€).

The New Orbea Rallon RS Almost Isn't An eMTB. Is That What Riders Want?
"So in Ultra mode it feels like a 36 pound bike, in Range it becomes a 32 pound bike, and in Rally it's a 28 pound bike."
So, you're paying big bucks to ride a lighter bike with a caveat - you can only do it for a 2-3 hours at best and you have to pay a subscription (electricity ain't free).
I'm not against ebikes, but what's the point of it, if all it does is make you feel you're on a lighter bike?

First Look: Hope's New Pro 5 Hubs
Tairin Wheel S1 is another silent option, but also very expensive. I'm so bummed that Shimano dropped their take on the silent hubs.

Field Test: Deviate Claymore - High Pivot Heaven
I think Deviate list the actual seat angle for their bikes, compared to the virtual one which most other brands use in their geo tables.

Formula Announces New CURA X Brake
I also had noise issues with Formula monolith rotors and various pads. Last year I moved to Galfer rotors and pads and I had zero problems since then. Even in wet conditions they stay noise-free when you get them warm. The pads are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for - silence and great performance.

Review: Knolly Chilcotin 151
@ridingloam: Woah, I came looking for copper and found gold! Thank you for that awesome reply!
Are you using the stock medium spring in the Selva? At 75kg, according to Formula, you're right between soft and medium:
65-75 kg : Soft
75-85 kg : Medium
85-95 kg : Firm
>95 kg: Super Firm
