Prepare to feel just a little more mortal as you watch Chris Van Dine at the Red Bull Rampage. The first run ends in a stack, but right at the end of the course. The second run ends in him nearly dropping off the side of a cliff. Both give a decent perspective of exposure and vert. There’s no doubt that the guys in the comp have genetic upgrades that the rest of us lack.

 go pro is better, wider angle, but still good footage. i could watch the first clip all day. the laugh is so funny

 if you watch a go pro footage on youtube in 480p or 780p then you realise the difference, its because when then upload go pro footage the quality worsens, which is why they just gave a link to the contour website, because it shows it in better quality. watch berrecloths run in HD on youtube, it looks so much better than on pinkbike

 It's like a ride at the amusement park where you need to hit a height requirement except here its 'your balls have to be atleast THIIIIIIIIISSSS BBBIGGGGGG' to attempt this ride.

 I love these helmet cam vids. Gives everyone who thinks a riders line or run wasnt that impressive the chance to see how gnarly it is just to even ride a "simple" line. I gotta say though I'm tired of seeing people stand in the line. I think there is a strong possibility that had his line been clear he wouldnt have almost fell off the cliff.

 I agree that the Contour looks better even if it doesn't perform as well, but try to mount that on your chest, or your surfboard, or your car, or your....the Contour design really only works on the helmet in my opinion.
