Results: Mariana Salazar & Neko Mulally Win the Costa Rican Open Of Downhill 2022

The results are in from the 2022 Costa Rican Open Of Downhill with Mariana Salazar and Neko Mulally taking the Elite wins. Mariana Salazar dominated the Women's field with a win of over seven seconds on Rachel Pageau. Neko Mulally piloted his new race bike to a victory after pulling half a second ahead of Roger Vieira.

This is what makes mountain biking...he must have honestly been nervous with a time so close! Dude ran a 4 second faster qualification than 2nd. So I’m sure he was planning on being a second+ ahead of 2nd for finals...good show

 @EvoRidge: do you mean them posting that video? It's a brand new video, from a random account, with a few hundred views, it's all vertical phone filming and classic free youtube sounding music.

I'm all for questioning PB's future direction, but let's tuck the tinfoil hat in the swat box for now. That video is just not front page level in terms of filming, editing, anything. All zoomed out and shaky. It is what it is. But thanks for posting it for us. This would be great reddit/MTB content

 Valentina Roa Sanchez is a name to look out for. Second in qualies with a flat only back one second on first. Third on race day with a crash. This little lady is going to make big waves this year. PROBUILDS RACING
