Review: SRAM's New Maven Brakes - The Big Brake
@jds1981: Same, they just work, maybe survivorship bias (so I'm the lucky few with good Avid Codes), but never had irrepairable issues with those. One lever, and one caliper rebuild in 12+ years. While I'm not planning to replace them, probably my next brake will be Hayes Dominion A4.

Video: What's The Big Deal With High-Pivot Mountain Bikes?
@mmarkey21: This is my impression of these videos, sorry if my comment was more personal or mean than intended. Production quality is good, stuff well explained (some things are argueable, but it is ok, she is not Steve at Vorsprung), in the description stated that it is a sponsored content, so can't complain there (tbh can't complain at all), just my observation that her appearance is mostly sponsored content.

She slowly becomes like the wife in "The Thurman show", every time you see Christina, you know it is an ad.

Video: Are We Finally Ready for the Automatic Groupset?
The release of Pinion gearbox-motor unit made this Shimano system already outdated and silly.

Review: 1,000 Miles on SRAM's New Eagle Transmission
@gtill9000: I'm also interested in this, I have a feeling that the cable actuated systems are still what most users want. Personally I've switched to shimano derailleur because of the crap sram clutch, but if a non-electronic version would inherit the stated benefits of the direct mount concept, maybe I'd consider going back again to sram.
