@yahmon: So white is transparent, a noncolor, and nonwhite is color. Right?Oh, I mean left. Because it's not OK saying about right.

Video: Peaty & Vergier Compare Old School vs New School Cornering
I think they don't get the message. Average height riders gained much more effectiveness with modern geometry than tall riders like you. Modern geometry made tall riders stay with the sport but it's averag e height riders who could gain more advantages of modern geo. That's why they dominate the sport.

Bike Check: Chris Mandell's SID Man Edition Specialized Epic EVO
Are those 26" wheels? 193cm is not that much tall person but that sky-high saddle makes whole bike look like 10 years ago. Weird geo.

Tannus Introduces New Armour Tubeless Inserts
Very interesting. The first Maxxis tire in the video being installed with new Tannus insert is wire bead!!! and not the usual kevlar mantra of tubeless tires. But the PDF you attached here is much more interesting ( that with some laboratory test comparison results). The simplest, cheapest and lightest tire insert The Noodle achieves the same or better results than others especially in dynamic tests. No, it doesn't say everything especially about riding abilities but it's still interesting.

Vorsprung Introduces the Secus Air Spring System
Finally, a solution that does what it's saying it's doing. What Big boys' air-crusade has only been saying for decades, this small company actually solved and delivered to the market! Big respect! My bad I still keep upgrading old Lyrik coil :-). Would love to compare it with "this linear air" and modern damper.

First Ride: The New EXT Era Fork is Very, Very Promising
It's heavy as coil and pricey. And coil version is on the way. What's the sense of this?

Update: A Better Look at Norco's New Long Travel Bike
@southoftheborder: Not Horstlink, but singlepivot with chainstay actuating the rocker link. I think the misterious pivot is on the chainstay, hard to see at the 1st time, but there is big blurred dark part of the chainstay in front of the rear axle. There is no way, such rectangular tubes would be used to flex the structure for such a long distance required by rocker link.
