Review: The EXT Vaia USD Fork is Extra Adjustable, But Lacks Consistency
"Fox brought the Podium to market in 2025, which was also their first USD (single crown) model, and silenced the naysayers" Are we sure about that? The flex, tuck and sketchy unwinding under high torsional loads isn't a secret--they are great at some things but terrible at others. Not to mention so many of the heavy hitters that were on them upon launch that aren't anymore sure seems suspect.

++YETI SB160 TURQ W/VIVID---GREAT SHAPE++

$2300 USD
Really fresh 2024 Yeti SB 160. Has about 10 hours on it, the Vivid was put on at about 5hrs and works very very well on it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to ride it much after that, thus the frame is in great shape with only some light scratches. The Switch Infinity link has been freshly lubed and it's ready to go! Info: Yeti SB160 TURQ edition RS Vivid Ultimate MD UDH hanger axle original paperwork and stickers 4x Volume spacers for Vivid NO TRADES $2300 OBO

Review: Formula Belva Dual-Crown Enduro Fork
@notsosikmik: Yeah, unfortunately in this instance the negative coil will have a small window that's optimized. It'll be very sensitive to pressure. There are plenty of negative coil spring/hybrid setups in MTB suspension and other industries that aren't as sensitive though and work phenomenally well.

Review: Formula Belva Dual-Crown Enduro Fork
@seb-stott A coil negative does not in itself mean firm off the top. It's the way this particular system is designed unfortunately. Looks cool still

First Look: Hope's Carbon Crank and TR Stem
@bman33: yeah, pay scales are adjusted all over the world—and the US itself for many reasons. If I move to Santa Cruz CA I would expect to make more because higher cost of living. My point is, by saying “sweat shop” you’re inferring that a company is knowingly exploiting humans

First Look: Hope's Carbon Crank and TR Stem
@bman33: this isn’t accurate at all. SRAM owns many their own manufacturing facilities, including carbon crank manufacturing. This is far from a sweat shop, ask many of the employees who have made their life-long careers there. Oh, and many are cyclists as well and have the same passion for cycling.

Review: EXT ERA V2.1 Fork
@seb-stott I stopped reading after this: Also, bear in mind this is while using Chris Porter's zip tie trick to create a vacuum in the lowers; the Fox had regular atmospheric pressure in its lowers. While it may initially work as intended this creates too much variability and inconsistency.
