Jesse Melamed Races The New RMU Nighttrain to 2nd Place in Whistler
Weagle doubled down on it at first, then I did a little rough calculation tracing the pivot points in CAD and got ~6mm of growth at sag at ~14mm at bottom out posted deep in the Vital forums. He then mentioned the original +30mm at sag value in the press release was "a mistake" and it seems to have been scrubbed from the RMU page.

You Can Now 3D Print Your Own Professional MTB Bearing Press Tools
I absolutely love the idea but I have to imagine the overlap between 3D printer owners and people with the basic CAD skills to design a simple part like a bearing press has to be massive, so why pay $9 for an STL of a couple extruded cylinders with someone else's logo slapped on? Those are also some incredibly rough looking prints for a press release my god.

@JesseMelamed: That's the exact problem though, if the small feels well balanced then it should be scaled actually proportionally so that same riding position can be brought to the larger sizes too for us tall nerds. As is if the geo works in a small that's practically proof its out of wack in the largest sizes.

@mikekazimer: Maybe, but this is nearly to the point of just getting rid of pricing entirely and doing a "pick your podium" format. It entirely removes the midfield from the equation which always felt like the most fun part of fantasy FWIW. Either way though, thank you guys for putting this on for all of us! I love complaining on the internet

Being able to just grab the top two in both Men's and Women's, Asa, then still have $100k left over makes this hardly a competition.

Feels like pricing has swung way too far in the other direction, now it's not far off just picking a team of the top 6 riders with effectively no incentive to pick more than one underdog.
