Pinkbike Poll: Will You Consider Buying a 27.5+ Bike?
Maybe 27.5+ is for someone who also likes 29 for xc, tours and general use. It has the ability to accept 29 wheels with normal 2,25-2,35 tires. Transforms it's personality with 27,5+ wheels and tires, or even fatter 26 fat wheels and tires. So i am skeptical but we have to wait if it's for "bad" or "good". Meanwhile i ride my 26" Enduro (The last 26 Specialized), with 2,35 tires and some wide rims, till the "soup", of all these 26,27,5,27,5+,29,29+ & 135,142,148,150, is "ready"...

Pinkbike Poll: The Future
Mtb priority have to be the love of nature and mountains. Make people love these and you have future. The "future" will find it's way, maybe trail and xc racing, or downhill and enduro, or bike park and freeride, or tour and adventure, or whatever everybody wants and inspire his soul. We don't need every year new 24", 26", 27,5", 29", 30,6"... bicycles, spare parts, 7,8,9.10,11,12...sprockets, carbon this and that, ultra expensive wheels, electronic suspension and drivetrain. A little evolution, to the point of refine, durability and geometry "corrections", are all we need to keep on. We have to give our love of mountains and passion for the sport to our children, family, friends, everybody who can accept it, so the future will be on our sight...

Five Ten Impact VXi Shoes - Review
All climbing shoes have very good grip in dry rock and five ten bicycle shoes, mimics this. But in all other conditions are not so good for walking-hiking, at least, in my poor opinion. But if it's ok for you, i have no problem. Same things don't work the same, for different people, terrain and expectations...

Five Ten Impact VXi Shoes - Review
No they aren't great, they are slippery up and down whenever you need some grip. They are excellent in pedal, pin grip, but for walking-hiking you need more aggressive soles...

Five Ten Impact VXi Shoes - Review
I have the previous model and the walking grip is mediocre in dry and bad in wet. I have also teva links and they are very good for walking, much lighter, better in water resistant, more breathable, better in reposition the feet and more pedal efficient with very good grip when pressed and better fit. Five tens have more grip overall, more protection, warmer in winter. For pure downhill maybe five ten are a little bit better, but in enduro (all mountain) and long distances i prefer teva's...
