2016 Santa Cruz Hightower Carbon C 29 size Large with lots of upgrades. I am the only owner and I bought this bike complete in April of 2016 from Backcountry.com It was originally in the 27.5+ build so the Pike fork is at 150mm. Changes from the original build to its current state: 2 weeks ago- brand new XTR chain- and a complete inspection on the bike from Cadence that they can confirm. 2 weeks ago- new jockey wheels and bearings for the rear derailleur 1 year ago-DT Swiss M1700 wheelset with the upgraded 54 tooth star ratchet hub bzzzzzzz perfect condition, very nice wheelset 1 year ago- new XT 11 speed cassette 2.5 Maxxis DHF and Aggressor rear. 5 months ago- XT crankset 5 months ago- Oneup oval chainring 5 months ago- New ICE-tech rotors About 2 years ago- COMPLETE rebuild of everything at Cadence Cyclery- Shock and fork rebuilt all fresshssshhhhh, New bearings in the frame and even new bolt hardware. Was like a brand new bike. I can show the receipt over 500$ investment. 2 years ago New Cane Creek 110 Headset 2 years ago- Brand X Acsend dropper post- it works fine, but there is play in the saddle; it can be rebuilt for about 13$ new brass keys if you care to, it doesn’t bother me. 2 years ago- New XTR brakes nice pads that have over 50% life left. I cannot recall the date…..Sram XO rear derailleur brand new Giant Contact SL bar/ stem/ grips Also, this will come with XT SPD pedals and most likely a seat. I’ll see what I have. This bike is amazing; it has taken me to a few podiums both in Enduro races as well as XC, and It is a blast on DH even at Angel Fire. It’s super capable all around. Functionally, this bike is excellent, but it has been well ridden and so there are plenty of scuffs and paint rubs etc. As I mentioned before, Cadence Cyclery Lakeside has helped to maintain it and gave it the thumbs up 2 weeks ago; I can provide documentation.
