Man Throws Bike Off Bridge in Whistler Bike Park Altercation
My crew (skaters and surfers) would have beat his ass when he rolled up on us like that. Especially a 48 yr old compared to us in our 20s. He did what he did because those 2 were scared. And he threw an expensive bike into the river. Touch my surfboard and my friends would have taken care of him without me doing nothing.

The UCI & WBD Confirm Changes to World Cup Teams, Qualification & More in 2025
They took a page out of the WSL's rulebook. In the first round of heats (3 surfers) the winner advances to round of 16 and the 2nd and 3rd placed surfers compete in the next round of 32. I like this as you get rewarded for coming in first and get a bye on the next round and the prize money is greater as you advance. It's also good for those who didn't have a good heat as they are not eliminated until the next round.

Red Bull Releases Statement on a Women's Category at Rampage
Why do women need permission from Red Bull or anyone else to film and ride that area? Dudes never asked permission to build and ride mountain bikes in the beginning. Women need to step up and just go do shit instead of asking.
