So the new 7200 derailleur (429g) weighs 30% more than the old 6100 derailleur? (318g)

I watched pretty religiously for free on Redbull TV. I paid to watch on GCN last year and was mostly satisfied. I would've paid again this year. But now it's two combined subscriptions required, more than doubling the price(with ads?!), and without broadcasting the semifinals. 200% price for 50% product. I enjoy watching the races, but I'm out. I'll just watch juniors on Youtube.

My 2021 Fathom came with a Crest fork that was basically defective right out of the box. (horrible knocking sound) Warranty service wasn't happening due to Covid supply chain issues, so I replaced it fairly quickly with a Z2. I ended up pulling the Crest fork apart to take a look. The damper is a sealed/non-serviceable Wintek cartridge. There was no oil to be seen, just slick honey slathered around bushings. I would say it's more of a replaceable starter fork than something you'd want to use long term.

Basically agree. Apart from the announcers, the broadcast quality was mostly on par with Redbull IMO. Redbull wasn’t exactly without glitchy production either. The lack of Warner really hurts, though. Hopefully they’ll get better.

I think "playful" to a lot of people means less technique and/or effort in getting the front wheel up, and the loss of balance or stability in corners is taken as a challenge to tame a squirelly bike.

I think it's great that the riders organizing and putting in place a structure to reach consensus as a group. Without that, "rider rep" is a label with little meaning.
