@jaydubmah: I have tried seal skinz with mixed results but the best ones I find on ebay .They are ex military gortex socks for about 15 pounds although they do.take some drying out when you wash them.

Opinion: Save the Turns, Stop the Straightlines
Yes we have a local rider who will do anything for a top ten strava time and has been known to dig up roots ,saw off branches ,move and smash rocks and even knocked a very old dry stone wall down to build a fresh trail .These are the kind of riders that cause all the problems with land access and just bugger off and start again in a different area when problems occur

Or just grab the back of your saddle and lift the bike as you normally would. I don't think the handle saddle combo is really needed .

@mcozzy: At my local woods they do a run then push back up even though its not steep or technical ride back up to the top ,then sit around for an hour talking bikes and bs smoke fags leave litter and then have a second run and call it a day . These are the proper hardcore MTB riders round my way
