Please let's all agree, if Thibault brings down a run without crashing, he's fast. That wasn't just luck. He would have ended at the podium anyway. This also means Gregs run was fast too!
Agreed 100%. Those runs were deffinitely podium regardless had the weather stayed. The remaining riders would have gone damn near flawless to beat them.
Thibault and Greg both had podium runs for sure, finally no crash or mechanical and very well deserved. But in my opinion the best run of the day still goes to Bruni - that run was just perfect and would have beaten everyone big time if conditions were the same.
I noticed something insane about Thibaut in the last Dialed episode and the race pics here - he was going full death grip on the jumps, not covering the brakes at all!!
This year is kind of crazy. Basically all my DH race coverage comes from Wyn TV and Vital Raw. Does anyone else feel like the racers frustration with the new system, is starting to come through in their interviews?
@Sluni: it reminds me of how I was when I had a job I hated at a Bank and that work tension came home with me. I see why the girls I was dating back then dumped me lol.
Not in this one but he did get tipsy before and I guess in those cases the editor had to cut out 20 min podcast conversations to keep it short at the end.
