 Oh, man. So funny to watch this video after Gwin won the World Cup last year. He gets introduced like he's just some dude who happens to train with James, lol. Now he's the reigning WC overall champ.

 Started you new DB Combos course two weeks ago and it is crazy. Used to go to the gym and squat crazy weight then work each individual leg muscle on machine then do core, then another day do upper body and core and even if I went till failure and was sore at the gym I could come home and feel like I didn't do a whole lot. But your course is kicking my ass with low weights and I can really feel it the next day, thanks a lot man.
