I'm a parkour guy myself, mainly because i can't do all the flips in freerunning Razz
I can do all of the non-flippage in this vid, which is rather epic btw Big Grin

 it was sick but th\ats not real free running real free running is bit of that plus getting up real hard places and then you jump off it that seemes like it was just men jumping off walls n prancing around the road doing kung fu or summit

 These dude's really don't have that much flow. This is more on the tricking side than Freerunning. That and it just doesn't match up to the flow in Parkour...
