 Never broken a bone but punctured my liver tore the muscles in between my ribs and had internal bleeding in my pelvis. The funny thing was it was on a stupid little 2 foot table top that i hit all the time almost more of a bump on the trail than a jump.

 When that happened to me my first instinct was to straighten it and i did so instantly. Finger isnt the straightest of the bunch anymore but it recovered just find. No docs needed. Lol
