Looks a little like Val D'sire (- dont know how to write), i think its a pretty ruff track and amazing to ride, but the large jumps look a bit scary to me. Big Grin

how does this qualify as DH?
  • + 1
what would you qualify it as then? Id say its more DH then air DH, and its just as or more DH then PMB in South Africa where DH World Champs are going to be this year

Oke this is just a hunch... But I think probably because it`s an hill and they`re going down of off it.... But again just a hunch....

I'd say that was a pretty decent looking DH track really...

Technically it is "Down Hill" but what happend to the gnarly DH tracks. How this and Sea Otter DH can even qualify as DH, is beyond me.

The ones how ride it once in their life, to really see what the tracks looks like. So, I qualify this as a DH track !At seaotter, many pros rode the track with enduro, not their, I think there is a reason for it.

I'm pretty sure it's gnarly, look at all the loose corners, rock sections, big jumps. It's not supposed to be another Champery. Trust me, these European alpine tracks are much rougher than you think - www.pinkbike.com/photo/9819408

This is dh but I would hardly call it "air" dh there are more jumps on like Aline Zone 5 then this whole trial
