Its not simply that they did a large road gap. Its the history behind it and its finally been successfully done after how ever many years.

It would have been history if they had gone and hit Watsons gap and rode away. This one is cool but Watsons still takes the cake as he did it ten years ago or so and it was probably 3 or 4 times taller than this.

any roadgap over a paved 2 ways street is massive no doubt! but this isn't anywhere close to waston's tour de france gap 10 years back. He didn't nail it but made history! this won't!

Yeah it was a serious road gap , the people complaining it was not big enough in the full video would probably have internal testicles and sudden ' problems ' with their equipment when standing at the edge of it.

It doesn't matter if it wasn't as big as Watsons back in the day. It the fact that they are paying homage to what is becoming a tradition now. Hope it becomes a yearly event. Show those roadies that biking is still about fun and to not take it too serious.
