Front Squats and Rack Walks for Mountain Biking

I've talked about Rack Walks before and how they improve your core strength, grip strength, posture and breathing. In this video, I make this great exercise even more challenging by turning it into a Combo Exercise and adding in another fantastic movement, the Front Squat.

 Yes I would like to know this aswell . I'm going to give this a go . I really need to work on core as I feel myself resting on the bars during long runs . My moto somthing allways better than nothing go at it :-)
