A FreeRide day full of good times with my buddies and my son Jax. I hope he gets out to ride more and more but he wants to ride skateboards at this time, ahahah
All in good fun!

Yes, Gumball is doing awesome!
Its good to see him riding and just having fun, he is tweeking some cool style in too!
Jax is doing great.
I grew up skateboarding and know its super fun.
Letting him do what he likes and grow into it is important.
On the morning of this ride, I told him lets go biking, but he said he wants to go skating.
However, he came along and had a blast.
He was stoked to ride the trial from top to bottom. He was able to roll about 80%
Then the sections that were too steep or rocky he just pushed through.
I think it built his confidence to come out again!
The weather was prime, sunny hot but cool and not humid yet!

Trip hop is soothing mellow vibe music with a solid rap style beat.
You can skate board with Jax and ride with him. Double the fun
Jax is doing 80% of the trail! sweet! A trail is much tougher to negotiate with 20 inch wheels.
When he is tall enuf to ride your bikes. Watch out. He will become a natural free riding machine.

Then, I think I love Trip Hop!
Double fun is purely a pleasure.
I will take advantage of that.
Actually not being on a skate board for about 10 years, its been fun skating around.
I want to get him a 24inch bike but in reality the 20inch is still a bit big for him.
I want him to get full control of this bike then push him up!
He still rides the little 12inch bike because he can bunny hop do wheelies and endos on it.
So, once he gets control of this bike he can upgrade!
I can see he has a dare devil attitude too!

He is one to watch out for and beings Momo will be around to teach him as I did with Momo I see a bright future! hahahahhahah
I need to get him out to the trial more!

I too had lots of fun with him and want many more days like this.
I grew up skating and then into biking so, I think its all good!
Skating has many moves and foundation elements close to biking so, he will catch up soon!

Do not worry about Jax, skateboarding is good too, especially for balance!

He is getting some good core skills there too and its great to see the whole crew stepping it up each time I see them

We are starting slowly with my son, I hope to hit some trails with him later this year. Kids are so much fun ( most times haha):-)

Dig the mellow vibes! Jax is doing well in both disciplines of shred.. also the step up looks like so much fun.
Jax will probably enjoy all sorts of new sports. Don't worry im certain he will always find some time to ride with dad
