 @yoga15app: I'm tackling a (self-diagnosed) rotator cuff problem, not sure what caused it, but I first noticed it when cycling. Not serious but it twinges, especially on a long downhill or when sleeping on that shoulder.This video appeared at exactly the right time for me to start working on this shoulder when I worked out the problem. I have now done it a few times, but what seems to have really helped is the specific pose of doing the long-hold butterfly mentioned in your associated article. I can feel that really hit the problem area and generally it is now getting much better.

 @sifriday: Reclining Butterfly is kind of a godsend. I'm glad to hear it is working for you. It's a super gentle way to open up your chest (which may be tight from rounding your shoulders forward) - allowing gravity to do the work for you. Great for tight hips too.
