getting out early to beat the heat.This was done at 5:30am . Yemp got to 43.1* today....not even summer yet

WOW super hot the lens is even all fuzzy with sweat! Please take it easy and acclimate to the heat mates! RideOn!

Lots of water mate . Yes the lens had sweat on it but that happens haha

43 degrees Fahrenheit is fine. 43 degrees Celsius is bloody hot! Your riding great!

I spent a few days in hospital and a week on the lounge then a week at work so thought I trail ride would be deserved. Lost a lot of strength and fitness in that time but it felt great just the same. The heat was nasty but if that’s what we have to deal with we just do it mate. Thanks champ

cheers bro.Back a week too soon I think after surgery . Hit a wall after this run big time but it felt great to ride.In 2 weeks I lost muscle, strength and confidence but gained a bigger belly....had to adjust my hydration pack belt hahaha.
