Thats me that won the banshee!!!
COC is the greatest experience, Amazing food, loads of prizes, the best riding, you learn so much from all the coaches and pros, and the day doesn't end after riding, there is so much to do.
And being able to go to the lounge after riding with a slurpee from 6/10 and look at all the professional photos, and professionally made videos by Eric Peterson from Faultline at the end of every week is the best experience.
ps i will have pictures of the frame up soon
Hope to see some of you guys next year

Camp of Champions is for people (kids or adults) that want to learn how to ride better. About 50% of our campers are new to park riding. 25% have ridden DH and consider themselves intermediate freeriders and DH riders. The the last 25% are really good riders that have ridden DH and freeride a lot. No matter what your ability we group you with similar skill riders. The differences are to many to put in a reply here but if you check out www.campofchampions.com you will be able to read up on the camp.
Here's a few differences to get you started.
What is the coaching ratio?
At COC
3 campers per coach maximum
At SGC
6 campers per coach minimum
What bikes do you ride at camp?
At COC - Santa Cruz V-10's, Transition TR450's, Banshee Legend Mark II's, Morewood Makulu's, Spank Tweet Tweet's, NS Metropolis's, Banshee Amp's. All bikes spec'd by Straitline, RaceFace, Maxxis, Obtanium, Chromag and more.
At SGC - Kona Rental
What happens when you break a part on your bike?
At COC
Ride Along Mechanic fixes your mechanical on the spot or gives you his bike to ride while he fixes yours, so you don't miss any riding.
At SGC
You break it - you fix it, or wait at the bike shop while your bike is being fixed.
Air Dome Sessions?
At COC
Private Air Dome Sessions after a day in
the park. = 6 extra hours riding in the week.
At SGC
Private Air Dome sessions in the afternoon instead of riding the Whistler Bike Park.
Photographer and filmer?
At COC
You get every shot in high res from your week on CD.
At SGC
You get one photo from your week.
There are a lot of differences and too many to list here so check out both sites and compare.
Hope to ride with you this summer.
