i didn't like that rampage mainly cause of the judging sorge definetly deserved to win but norbs got so fucking robbed his line was sick, and the balls of cam maccaul hittting that canyon gap after seeing zinks crash on it was crazy. I think so many riders got robbed in this rampage.
It actually made me feel mad when Norb got the bottom super estatic about his run and the reporter at the bottom asks " that was good but what do you have planned for next run?"... maybe the reporter was unable to see it or something but I think all the judges had super high expectations this year.
Norbs got dissed not once ( in the contest ), but twice ( didn't even make the highlight reel??), I guess nice guys do finish last. I'd be pissed if I was him, but he's probably out riding at his home lo with the crew right now and has forgotten all about it. Norbs 3rd place IMO!!
I was at rampage and remember thinking Cam McCauls run was awesome. Gap jump, then a back flip later on. I was really surprised when they said his score was like 54 or something. Judges were all over the place on scoring.
Bring on the Negative props but how did Cam McCaul not get one of the top two spots? His run was flawless, clean, and fast. The judging this year as so many have stated was screwed up. Norbs should have scored a lot higher, those 360's were sick!
I completely agree which is why I hate contests ( judging ). All the riding was great but the judges were trying to turn it into a slopestyle contest which I think goes against what Rampage is all about.
Talking about judges , I watched redbull xfighters the spanish round other day , well dodgy judging in that too , the spanish were getting through just for beining spanish at some points..
I wasn't really laughing Rat, more just like pointing out the lameness of people saying "where is protour" now. It's almost like a fad. Yet another lame part of what PB has become. Man I wish this was 8-10 years ago on here.
that slowmotion when cam mccaul jump that huge canyon gap and look right into the camera was sooo epic! little disapointed that it's isn't in the highlight, but anyway this is a really awesome video
I had to re-watch that a couple of times.......with my jaw on the floor. Kinrade's helmet is in an absolutely scary position compared to the rest of his body. So glad he walked away from that.

please send Norbs a nice contract and helmet collection to make up for you attrocious judging mistakes, you owe him something better than 10th place for that run!
This edit gave me chills...and brought back the same feelings i had when i was watching this live! and how devestated I was when semunuk crashed or how low cams score was compared to what i thought but its only a competition and there is so much pressure on these guys that sometimes they just break having to hit these huge lines that are not forgiving at all

I know we had that before but after watching now Cam McCaul's run again and again....no question about Sorge's victory; but Cam's 7th place is truly ridiculous !!!
I may be wrong, but I can't help but feel that Zinc, just lost his nerve and bailed out of pure fear. And he's Fearless! It looks as though he clearly had it.
i didn't notice how much speed he had until i watched the helmet cam footage of it... it really shows just how much he was going to overshoot the landing...
