 I'm guessing you know the usual basics, I find 'em easier going faster, its a more painful prospect if you come off but I find its steadier. Again, personally, I find its all about keeping quite low, you want a straight line from your ass to your feet, and to your hands. Knees and elbows bent slightly, to pull it back push your heels down to almost swing the back wheel out underneath your a bit, rather than just pulling back, and when pulling back, don't bend your arms to bring the front wheel up, you can a bit, but as I said heels down, and transfer your weight low and over the rear hub! Just how I do it, and I'm not great. Lastly, don't expect to just be able to do it, practice practice practice, you'll get to where you just find your perfect balance point and it'll just click, but that might happen every one in a hundred to begin with. Just how i do it, other people have different styles!

 It took me all summer to learn mine, I eventually started getting further and further until i figured out how to keep my balance point like OllyJ said, and it just takes A LOT of practice. Good luck
