Solitude

Sunday morning free as a bird. No wife, no kids, no friends. I set out for a mountain adventure. The humidity was killing me but I trudged up as long as I could resting for a delicious lunch. Sometimes a solo run is very peaceful, unless the mountain is laced with evil spirits daunting your every move. ahhahahhahah RideOn!

 At the risk of sounding like an anti-social jerk......I prefer to ride alone myself, hahaa. I'll just watch other people ride in cool vids like yours and root them on then, hahaa. Cheers buddy!

Edit: Just a wonderment, why do you run your cables over the top of your handlebar?

 Thank you Draggon! I too live to ride and ride to live so if its alone or with buddies Im happy. However, there is a certain peace of being able to ride and flow by yourself in the serenity of nature! My cables are set for bar-spins! It looks funky but works great! It also helps in crashes having extra line to keep you fine! ahhahah RideOn Draggon!

 Generaly the next video is my favourite. At the moment this is my absolute favourite video. Honestly i was blown away by the whole experience! Haunting music worked perfectly. glad the spirits left you alone that day.

 Thank you! This came out good with the music and the feeling of being alone but peaceful on the trail. I was hoping for some more challenging lines but there was a some good flow on this trail! There was a temple in the entrance of this trail along side the river. I should have got a picture. Around the temple there were tons of little deity statues. So, they were protecting me while shredding this cool flow! RideOn brother!

 I felt like there was a moment where the trees were parting to allow you passage. Kind of like the cat-bus in totoro. solo rides can cleanse the mind and allow space for fresh thinking. RideOn bro.

 Thank you Jan! I have yet to have seen Totaro but the trail did open up for me to enjoy its twisty rocky flow! I like bing out a lone and this place was really deep so, I couldn't hear a peep of civilization, just the joys of nature! RideOn!

 Yes, there was a small sandwich shop at top but I got the last sandwich. Unfortunately due to a decline in foot traffic they have closed their doors. But, not to worry there is a new umegai-mochi shop opening in replacement! LeTs Go!

 It was as peaceful as a mountain bear roaming the forest for nuts and berries. The trail was rocky steep and had some fast flow but, it was laking some original lines! Next time! RideOn!

 The mountains here are steep and wild in places! Some peaks would very difficult to climb, we actually have an endless amount of trials here. A trail similar to this one I just rode, I can find practically anywhere. Its great living in a rural area and having a passion for nature! Please take care of your elbow Dave, that looked nasty!

 Cheers Niko... it was a bit of a crazy steep trail that did my arm in... but was so much fun I think I might have to take the GoPro out there sometime and see what happens! Oh, and I should get some elbow pads!
