Regarding what you are saying from 3:00 to 4:20. It sounds like air springs (seals) wouldn't need to work so hard with lower rate. But with Introduction of corset/debonair/evol on current bikes it is not uncommon to see shocks being pumped up to upper pressure limit for a medium weight rider. Do current bikes have too high of sprig rate? What disadvantages are introduced with lower spring rate and lower shaft speed?
