hits play button. watches until the commentator says "look at this charging line he's heading down!" hits pause button. turns volume down to zero. rewinds video and starts again. Much better.
Should have Tippie and the McCaul Bros. do the announcing. With so many riders out with injury we need to get them in the booth. Cam and the Claw would be good too.
Because he was the first one to land a 360 flip on a BMX (which means first one to land it ever) & as far as bike riding goes, he knows more about it than you, more than Brad Ewen & doesn't trip over his own tongue when he talks. He's not my favorite, but he does a solid job.
Why were the qualis filmed with a commentator if there's no live feed?? What's the point? They obviously must have footage of all or most of qualis so why hold on to it?? I figured there'd be no live feed for qualis because of the cost to film it all but that's obviously not that case.
I'm no expert but I could imagine that the cost of filming and the cost of a live feed are very different, Think of all the extra equipment needed to do so
They only used ground cameras for qualifications, and I'm pretty sure it's what both the judges and announcers watch during the event. I think Redbull wants a more produced feed for people to watch, with helicopter cameras in the mix.
Coming from a man who lives in a country where the tallest mountain is 1344(m)... you have some crazy expectations. Making it down w/o even tricking is a feat in itself!
Yeah that may be true it does take skill and balls to get down,, but I want skill balls and tricks!! This is rampage not a few guys just riding lines to the bottom!! Anyways this" mountain" is what a few hundred feet tall??? Not exactly Everest is it!!
