Review: Time Speciale 8 Pedal
Bought mx4s because of knee problems with spd and they are so good with the 17degree angle. Also way more freedom in general compared to spd. Even more free than murica, f*uck yeah. With the right depth of the cleat channel, I don‘t miss anything on them. Not even the tension adjuster that I was used to from spd. With time pedals I don’t think it is necessary, because of the extended float. No accidental releases or similar.

First Look: Manitou's 180mm Mezzer Pro Fork and Mara Pro Shock - Garda Trentino 2019
@bansaiman: you misunderstood me. I am nowhere referring to the mattoc‘s performance at the time and I am happy to confirm your findings. That‘s what I meant by amazing value in the past. I am referring to the mezzer and the competition now is 36, selva, öhlins, cc and maybe mrp. Maybe it will be little bit better, but others got a lot better, too. So the playing field NOW is a lot more level imo. And the mezzer does not have the price advantage anymore. The mattoc had that. That‘s what I am saying.

First Look: Manitou's 180mm Mezzer Pro Fork and Mara Pro Shock - Garda Trentino 2019
Hmmm, i‘ve always loved manitou stuff for the amazing value and the good servicibility. But this one comes in exactly 40% more expansive than the last mattoc (msrp in eur vs. msrp in eur) so it is in line now with all high end forks and it will be hard to outperform those (stiffness is no arguement for me). So my first excitement is well dampened, haha.

Counterpoint: We Need Suspension Lockout Levers
For god‘s sake, just run a decent amount of damping in the rear, that is needed anyway to not blow through hammering down. Then run your rebound not ridiculously fast and boom - no stupid switch needed. Ah, and chose a frame, thats anti squat values fit to you preferred chainring size. Most of them are pretty good anyway these days. Levy wins.

The 2018 Photo of the Year Winner is…
I don’t get all the whiners with their „but look what it took to get the shot“. Honestly, no one should care or even have access to those information, the end result is ALL that counts. And if someone was lying in a tent for a year at -40 does not make the shot better, so it should never be a criteria..

Vali Holl's New 29er DH Bike & Air Suspension
Wow Lev-master, I am disappointed in your total lack of understanding of air cans. That was painfully wrong, please do your homework next time, so you don‘t spread false knowledge. Again, for the hundredth time: bigger neg chambers make the spring curve more linear in the first 2/3 of stroke (more coil like), but lead to more ramp up torwards the end (more air inside to reach same sag). Not that difficult me thinko...

I absolutely do net get the love for the gaffney shot. Triggers zero emotion imo and the composition is a bit boring....

Deity Launches 35mm Full Carbon & Aluminum Handlebar Line
Booooohhhh! Boycott that shit, even if it is on a full build and it is gone in no time. But there are enough muppets out there, who actually buy that nonsense and thereby sucking the industry’s pole. Btw my motorcycle has smaller diameter bars, but I guess with 200kg plus rider stiffness is not important. BeeeeAssss.

Review: Enve’s M735E Wheelset Fails Our Test
Wow. Being proud of 10,000ppm. Well done you. In every other industry this would cause a fookin recall. Is there actually one rim, that survived a pb review? Please stop making carbon and endangering our health, enve. Thank you.
