Claw at Crankworx

With the world's biggest mountain bike festival wrapping up a few short days ago in Whistler a lot of people got to see some of their heroes go down hard at Crankworx.

Here is a great insider's look into last Saturday's slopestyle.Nothing you have seen on line compares to what the Freeride Entertainment crew had access to before, during and after the slopestyle.

The last couple contests have definitely taken their toll on the world's elite freeriders and we wish all the best to Bearclaw, Semenuk, Paul Bas, Cam McCaul and all the other riders who have hit the deck in the last couple weeks.

Big props to the Claw for being such a bad ass and we hope to see all the boys back healthy for Red Bull Rampage in 6 weeks time in Virgin Utah.

 One of the best online videos I've seen, we need more stuff like this - these riders are just ordinary blokes with amazing skill on a bike, so professional and so humble, put a lot of other sport stars to shame doesn't it....

 How come he gets to be so effin cool! Was hoping he'd throw the 360 lookback on the final jump to get himself on the podium, even so, gutted to see him eat it. 6 more weeks recovery...6 weeks till rampage...

 One of the best runs of all time, if that landing had been steeper it would have been all good. Heal up quick boys! Time to go jump in the Red Bull Trophy Truck for some cross training.

 It wasn't the courses fault, it was claw's. Even if he is one of the best bikers in the world, the last jump was WAY better than last year.

 Totally agree, the word legend went through a phase of being over used but not here, it's like he doesn't even know it. I've heard it's meant to be a a nastier break when it's near the joint but I don't reckon that hand will slow him for too long.
