Tracey Hannah is Currently out of Crankworx Rotorua 2018 - Video
Good decision! it's so easy to push yourself in the heat of the event. Hard choices are sometimes to take the "easy" path. Just checking Lorraine Truong rehab will comfort you with this choice, it's slow, very slow.

Why Pinkbike is Covering eMTBs This Week
@mikekazimer: different sport for sure since UCI banned use of electric motors in competition, so only FIA applies for it. From what I see around me, only a fraction of eMTBers are keeping and using their old bikes. Since eMTB are eating high end market fast, you can guess what will happens in the bike industry quite soon.

Living With an eMTB, After the Honeymoon - Opinion
Some can be tweaked easily. But beware the consequences. For example in France it's not illegal, but it moves it in the mopped/motorcycle category, meaning registration plate, lights, insurance etc.... Even if ridden on private track insurance is still required.

Living With an eMTB, After the Honeymoon - Opinion
It's just weighting 10kg more, and crossing the design limits of the bike component, something 80kg+ rider knows for long time. For the rims I guess that heavy pedaling in uphill tech section can really put them down, especially in side loading department.
